We will assign a dedicated Project Manager to ensure all your requirements are taken into account and deliver a custom made service designed specifically to suit your business needs. Our modern fleet of purpose built vehicles manned by our long standing and experienced staff have all recently successfully completed their NVQ Level II in Customer Service (a first within the industry!) so you can be sure you’ll be in safe hands.
The safety of your property, staff and auxiliary contractors will also be taken into account when planning the move and protection measures, discussed with you at the planning meetings, will be applied throughout.
Luxfords understand that keeping disruption to a minimum during a business removal is paramount to its success and we will ensure that this, and staff downtime, is kept to an absolute minimum.
We will dismantle and re-assemble office furniture and pack and move IT equipment using the specialist tools you expect from a professional company. We can arrange for crates to be delivered to the relevant departments and, once packed, will place them according to your employees’ requirements. We will also advise if any specialist equipment such as lifts and hoists will be required and will incorporate these into our overall project management schedule.
Office moving with Luxfords means that you can also store your surplus office furniture and IT equipment with us which can be made available for viewing at any time. An archive document retrieval, collection and storage service is also available for our customers should this service be required, and, if you have documents for disposal, we can arrange a secure document shredding service with certification as proof.

We also take our environment seriously and try to source materials from sustainable origins only, recycling the materials we use wherever possible. Our modern, fuel efficient vehicle fleet is LEZ compliant and this helps ensure that noise and pollution are kept to a minimum.
If you have surplus office furniture and equipment to be disposed of, we can arrange for this to be completely broken down and recycled and we will also provide certification to confirm which items have been disposed of. Not only is this a cheaper option than the usual disposal methods, but it is also far more environmentally friendly.
